Formal Notice of Property Damage and Illegal Activity.<br><br>Subject: Formal Complaint.<br><br>Regarding Vehicle Damage and Evidence of Component Theft.<br><br>To future victims,<br><br>I am writing to formally document severe damage to my vehicle and evidence of criminal activity discovered following a recent tow conducted by your company. Upon reclaiming my vehicle, a mechanical inspection revealed several critical issues that indicate both gross negligence and intentional theft of components.<br><br>I. Summary of Vehicle Damage<br>The following damage occurred while the vehicle was in your possession:<br><br>* Mechanical Failure: The transmission and differential have been catastrophically damaged. This appears to be a direct result of the vehicle being towed improperly while the parking brake was engaged.<br><br>* Theft of Parts: Upon inspection, the brakes (I the owner had on ie aftermarket), struts, and shocks (aftermarket as well) have been removed from my vehicle. They have been replaced with severely worn, non-functional, and unsafe components. Also all valuables inside car completely gone.<br><br>II. Evidence of Illegal "Chop Shop" Operations<br>During the recovery of my vehicle, I observed and documented what appears to be an unauthorized "chop shop" operation on your premises. I have obtained photographic evidence showing:<br>* The active swapping of functional parts from towed vehicles with degraded components.<br>* The storage of dismantled vehicle assemblies not consistent with standard towing and storage procedures.<br><br>III. Required Action<br>Given the severity of these claims, I am prepared to take the following steps:<br><br>1. Police Report: I will be filing a formal report with local law enforcement regarding the theft of auto parts and the illegal modification of my vehicle.<br><br>2. Insurance Claim: My insurance provider will be notified of the property damage caused by your towing methods.<br><br>3. Legal Consultation: I am seeking legal counsel to pursue full restitution for the cost of repairs and the diminished value of my vehicle.

I had an extremely negative experience with this tow company. I purchased a vehicle through their auction services, and the car was grossly overpriced for its condition. Immediately after picking it up, the vehicle broke down before I even drove one mile.<br><br>When I contacted the company about the issue, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was no accountability, no transparency, and no willingness to address the obvious mechanical failure. The employees’ behavior made it clear that customer service and honesty are not priorities for this business.<br><br>Selling a faulty vehicle at an inflated price and treating customers disrespectfully afterward is unacceptable. I strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing a vehicle or doing business with this company. This experience felt dishonest from start to finish.

They withheld my property, denied me access to my car, demanded I leave the property until the presence of a peace officer, and this is my first and only interaction with them. My vehicle was towed at 11am, and the photo they took is at night.<br><br>I just wanted to confirm the reason for the tow, PAY, take my car and leave, litigate this later. They effectively holding my property and, by extension, without means to travel to work, me under duress. My kids are not able to see their medical care provider.
