Wayne Auto Parts is hands down one of the worst repair shop and junkyard experiences I’ve ever had. I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars, but the system only allows one. They present themselves as trustworthy, but everything about this business is misleading. From the start, it feels like they care more about taking your money than helping customers.<br>I’ve been to Wayne Auto Parts many times for different parts, and the outcome is always the same. They knowingly sell broken parts and claim they’re good. When the parts fail, they deny any responsibility and pretend the issue never came from them. This isn’t a one-time problem—it’s a repeated pattern.<br>Their “warranty” is completely fake. If they sell you a bad part, they will not refund your money under any circumstances. No matter how clear the proof is, they lie, blame installation, or change their story. A warranty that never protects the customer is nothing but a scam.<br>What makes it even worse is what happens when you try to return a part. They threaten you, argue aggressively, and even try to take the part back without paying you. Instead of handling returns professionally, they use intimidation to avoid giving refunds. This behavior is unacceptable and unethical.<br>Customer service is extremely bad, and honesty does not exist here. Many of their positive reviews appear fake and do not reflect real customer experiences. Based on repeated visits, broken parts, lies, threats, and zero accountability, this place is a scam. Never buy from here—go somewhere else. Avoid Wayne Auto Parts at all costs.
