If I could give no stars I would!!! Just received the worst service ever! Do not use them they are rude and has the worst customer service. Chucks towing was called by AAA and I was told it would be $180 which was fine then when he got here. First this out his mouth is why are you paying cash I said because I’m over my limit on calls again fine I said they quoted me $180 he said no that won’t be the amount I said what will it be ? He mumbles then says his rates would be cheaper then told me it would be $210 I said let me call AAA & ask why the price is different he told me no I will canal you and you get another call I said wait I just waited 45 mins for you to come you can’t wait 2 min for me to see what’s going on he said no I’m canceling your call walks away and gets in his truck. Who does that?? So unprofessional as he leaves me in the cold smh made my day much worse than what it was originally. I will never ever let them come help me again.

Chuck’s has been extremely helpful during a very challenging time! Nicole was so polite and helpful and was diligent about calling me to inform and update me on some things regarding our car! I just had Jimmy come by and tow my truck. This had to be the nicest guy I ever talked to we had a great conversation. He took his time explaining some things that he's seen and we just had a good conversation about life in general. You rarely meet a guy who always does it right the first time!! Will definitely be using chuck's towing and requesting jimmy, every time, fantastic guy can't say enough!!
