I’ve used New Era Towing more than three times within a single month, and every experience has been outstanding. They were always prompt, transparent with timing, and their pricing was very reasonable.<br><br>During my second tow, Salt was especially knowledgeable and polite. He even recommended a mechanic who truly became a lifesaver for me. After servicing my first vehicle, my second car unfortunately blew a head gasket. Once again, the mechanic replaced the engine at a reasonable price with a fast turnaround.<br><br>What truly stood out was the family-like atmosphere—every visit to the shop for updates felt welcoming and supportive. The entire New Era Towing team is polite, helpful, friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers.<br><br>I will absolutely continue using their services and highly recommend New Era Towing to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service.

They got me out of a jam in record time, with complete comfortability and polite service! It was only 20min from providing them with my details to the tow truck showing up to take me and my electric vehicle to a charge point. $175 total cost for 15miles, not a terrible price especially compared to other local companies; and the driver was very easy-going. I’m grateful for the pleasant experience. Thank you New Era!

Was improperly towed. No tags? No boots no warning posted. Signs do not indicate permit parking for visitor parking is required. Signs do not indicate visitor parking time restrictions nor do they have any Signs that contain verbiage pertaining to visitor parking rules or regulations
