I usually don’t put reviews but had an issue with my gs300, where the lower ball joint snapped causing wheel to be at opposite direction as the right wheel .. David knew exactly what it is was and even said he had fabricated a part to lift the left side using the lower control arm instead of pressing my tire to the fender , took good care of my car like if it were his vehicle. It was the first time using his towing company. But most definitely will have him as my permit tow company he even parked it in a parking spot no problem and let me have a block to set my gs300 on instead of the dropping to the cement . I even for some reason locked my keys in my vehicle and he unlocked in less then 60 seconds no charge .. honest hardworking man can’t stress enough how good he handles your car.

I had a disappointing experience when I called for a quote. The male was rude and condescending, which made the interaction quite uncomfortable. I felt that he wasn’t helpful at all, possibly because he didn’t have the type of towing vehicle I was looking for. It also felt like my gender played a role in how I was treated, which is frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
