My son was involved in an accident on Tuesday 1/6, Buda officers determined which towing service to call? CT is simply a one of a kind towing service, the young man Bobby came for the jeep. Next day we went to CT yard, Scott, Nick & Bonnie were there. These folks were friendly, helpful. We were instructed to wait by gate for Bobby.<br><br>As soon as Bobby saw us he recognized my son, Bobby was such a help, he helped carry totes with my son's belongings loaded them on tow truck & drove outside yard. Bobby helped load them onto my vehicle. This young man deserves to be acknowledged as one who goes beyond the call of duty, he's not just a tow truck driver, he genuinely show empathy, one has lost their vehicle, in accident, he treats it with care, he knows his handling, securing vehicle will leave a lasting visual to the owner. My son said "I've been towed before, the driver threw chains arcoss hood, scratching my vehicle, didn't care at all that I was asking him to watch out! " Bobby, took such care as though it were his vehicle. I appreciated this tremendous help.<br><br>CT your group of folks is what makes me want to write & post my review, it's not only on behalf of what my son experienced but how all of your folks work together, not looking down on folks when they're going through a loss of vehicle, having to deal with insurance, police reports & so on......believe me there are towing companies with ABSOLUTE no cares of what individuals are already going through, it's all ruthless business, not taking responsibility for the scratches, the dents, demanding more money on the side for one to have more than 10 minutes to remove personal items, items having been removed/stolen from vehicles.<br><br>I Thank you, CT. I got off of work at midnight and someone was in my paid spot and the car next to me. taking up TWO PAID SPOTS and they ain’t even living here. Shoutout BOBBY W. cause he came and snatched that car. I was gonna let it pass but it is too cold for that kind of entitlement. 100/10 services and a great first time experience getting someone towed.

The best and only towing service I will ever use. I have used them for my fleet of commercial vehicles for years now. They have great communication and if there is ever any problem they will fix it. If you call any other tow company you’re just crazy.
