Very quick, nice and affordable towing company. Seriously have never encountered a towing company that didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or unsafe. The men that I’ve experienced have always been sleazy and hustle you out of as much money as possible. But not this one! Arturo was reliable, quick, communicated great on planning and timing and gets business done — again with great affordability! I see why Potter Automotive recommends them! There needs to be more thought and concessions for the buyers at this place. I “won” a vehicle but turns out that bid didn’t meet the reserve. Usually that’s not a big deal and you’re notified of that immediately.. and can move on to other vehicles that interest you. Unfortunately at this place you’ll be stuck in limbo until the seller responds to you.. which in my case occurred just before midnight following the auction. I wasted my whole day to get hit with a counter offer that’s over 40% more than the winning bid for the auction! A “take it or leave it” deal.. as my counter was met with no response and with the deal cancelled. It’s a shame because there were multiple other vehicles I was interested in but I was committed to a bid that wasn’t even close to what the seller wanted in the first place. Big waste of time. Hopefully if you decide to give this place a try you’ll have better luck than I had.. but if situations like this are allowed to occur then I’ll think twice before trying this place again
