Fast, great service and no long waits.It wasn't one of my to go auto parts stores until recently and this because after waiting at the store next to it and waiting too long to pay I just left and stopped at O'Reilly's. Very quick, nice and affordable towing company. Seriously have never encountered a towing company that didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or unsafe. The men that I’ve experienced have always been sleazy and hustle you out of as much money as possible. But not this one! Arturo was reliable, quick, communicated great on planning and timing and gets business done — again with great affordability! I see why Potter Automotive recommends them! Which, btw, I recommend Potter just as much for your car needs!!10/10 would recommend for both!
Employees had great team work in getting folks to correct spots for what was brought in. Office staff friendly too. They got a new system so be patient & understanding that things aren't as they were. I'm sure it's for everyone's best interest company & customers. Great job everyone! I shop here often, and have always loved O'Reilly's for their knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer service. The last couple of times though, things just weren't up to their normal standards of service. I had ordered a part for pickup, and the wrong part was sent, but the store never called to tell me. I ended up driving an hour one way to another location to get the part I needed. This week, I ordered a part, and received an email that it was ready for pickup, but store spent 15 minutes trying to find it. There does not seem to be any standard system in place for dealing with online orders that are coming from another location to their store. Probably just a training issue, so will keep shopping there, but I did take one star away since there were issues twice in a row.
