I would give 0 stars if I could! Last night I had a blow out on my passenger front tire and the tow truck driver changed out the tire and put on my spare. In the process of doing that he stripped the studs! Les Schwab stated that is what happened and how it happened. Notes from Les Schwab are attached. This was not done from hitting a curb but done from the tool they used! AJ the manager is refusing to pay for the damages they caused to my vehicle! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

We had a tractor delivery we needed a rollback flatbed assistance with to get it on the ground and these guys were the best of anyone we contacted. AJ gave me a immediate quote the first time we called and didn't have to wait for a call back and they were right on time when the appointment was made. In fact showed up early. We've dealt with more than several towing companies over the last 25 years and United is right at the top. Highest Recommendation!
