This location's customer service cannot be beat. Excellent clear communication. Very fair and trustworthy. I was in for a break job... Rotors and pads. Customer service advisor Walter did a fantastic job. If you haven't used AAA before, they are very detailed. Send you pictures of what they're going to be working on the condition of your parts. Prior. They give you the information, suggested service, then you make the decision. Not inexpensive but fair and they did exactly what they said they would. Appointments were easy and estimated time in the shop was right on.

I am beyond grateful for Walter and everyone at this AAA Auto Care location. My car broke down nearby, and Walter personally came over to help assess the situation and get my car running again. I was extremely stressed and on the verge of tears, but he completely turned my day around with his kindness and honesty. Also I had less interaction so I didn’t get the chance to get his name but the other man who was there was also incredible and honest. As a young woman, I’ve had bad experiences with car repairs before and dishonesty, but this team was incredibly transparent, respectful, and helpful — even while being slammed with cars. They were upfront about timing and still managed to get everything done within a few hours. I truly cannot thank them enough or recommend this location more. Serious shout out to Walter — he is the perfect person to be helping out those with stressful situations. This location is the best!!!
