I had a tensioner pulley go out on my vehicle so it threw the serpentine belt so I was stranded. I called a couple of other tow companies and was put on hold for several minutes so I called Chuck's. They immediately took my order and I had a tow truck to me in 20 minutes. Brian was my driver and was really cool and professional. I don't want to be in the position to need a towing service but if I am, I'll be sure to call Chuck's again.

Cannot recommend Chuck any higher. I recently had a flat tire issue that required removing some rounded lugs that I didn't have the tools to do myself, so I called Chuck to help me with a tow. While Chuck was happy to send a truck, he suggested I call his friend at Gulf Coast Tire to see if he could help me instead and ultimately save me money. I did, and Gulf Coast Tire helped me out and got me on my way. As I was driving home, Chuck called me to make sure I got taken care of and that everything was ok. Totally unnecessary of him, but an incredible gesture. Not only did he help me resolve my issue, but he saved me time and money, and then called to make sure I was ok. I'm so thankful for Chuck and absolutely recommend anyone that needs help to make him your first call!
