The guy who came out and helped me was phenomenal and deserves 5 stars but to the morning receptionist, I wish 0 was an option. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Any question i had was met with not much of an answer.<br><br>I sat there since 11:30am and called 2 times to find out at 3pm after the 3rd call that I had not actually been put in the queue at all. Finally at 4:30pm they were able to get my car out.<br><br>But, it doesn't stop there, the receptionist whom "helped" me earlier also lied to me and said it would be the same price if they towed the car rather than just getting it out of the ditch, low and behold when the tower got the car to my house he said it would have just been cheaper to get the car out of the ditch.

Unfortunately, this is the first interaction with this company I had and it was a bad one. Had a redheaded guy with a major attitude problem show up. First of all, he was rude from the get. Mad that my husband was on the phone with him and not me because my husband‘s the one that did the order, but I was the one home even though he was given my cell phone number. The only one clearly does not have skills for the turn. Over 15 foot clearance and still can’t back up into my driveway. Completely unprofessional and rude. Use following language. And then just left. Overall would not recommend services for anybody else from this company.

I'd give more if u could ...<br>I was stranded at the mall in Battle Creek, and not one single person—not in the stores, not in the parking lot—would let me use their phone. I was in serious trouble. I had no help, no way to call anyone. I ended up walking this entire area if stores, hoping someone, anyone, would give me a break.<br><br>Finally, someone at AutoZone—bless them—let me use their phone. I called for help. I even tried contacting mall security. The police showed up, I waved them down… and they just drove away. Left me standing there.<br><br>But then came Matt and Tara from McLean’s Towing—and everything changed.<br><br>These two are the definition of real ones. They showed up with compassion, kindness, and professionalism. They treated me like a human being when the rest of the world turned a blind eye. I don’t say this lightly: if it wasn’t for Matt and Tara, I might not be here right now.<br><br>There are a lot of bad people out there. These two? They’re the exact opposite. They restored my faith in humanity that day.<br><br>If you're ever stuck, scared, or stranded—pray that McLean’s Towing picks up the call, and that it’s Matt and Tara rolling up. Because that means help is truly on the way.<br><br>Thank you both, from the bottom of my heart.
