This incident involved my daughter, who pays monthly for a designated parking spot. She called this towing company to report another vehicle that was parked in her paid spot.<br><br>Instead of addressing the vehicle that was actually violating the parking agreement, the driver-who identified himself as the owner of the company, towed my daughter’s truck because she had parked next to the offending vehicle while trying to resolve the issue.<br><br>To make matters worse, the car that was originally reported was never towed or addressed at all. When my daughter questioned this, the owner was rude, unprofessional, and accused her of lying, and used threatening language, which was intimidating and completely inappropriate.<br><br>This was an abuse of discretion and an extremely upsetting experience. My phone call with this said owner(John) was just as rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional as well. I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution and go elsewhere!

The tow guy was very fast and cool. I was stuck in mud after delivering packages and I could not get out after trying to make a U-turn on a narrow road. I waited on roadside for hours, after no one came I called someone local and they came in 30 minutes.
