The mechanics are knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft. The Service Manager runs a tight ship and is very thorough in his inspections. He is man that knows trucks inside and out along with all DOT regulations when it comes to the trucks. He's a trustworthy man. The Parts Manager was also quite knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions.<br><br>Of all the repair shops I've visited this one is by far the cleanest and well organized.

Overpriced, careless, and unprofessional service<br><br>We had a very poor experience with Big Wheel Diesel & Wrecker Service. The towing charges were extremely expensive for the level of service provided. More importantly, after dropping off our truck, they failed to properly reinstall the drive shaft that was removed during the tow.<br><br>Because of this negligence, our truck was left unsafe and undrivable, and we were forced to call another towing company just to detach the trailer from the tractor, which cost us additional time and money.<br><br>When we called Big Wheel Diesel & Wrecker Service to inform them about the drive shaft issue, they hung up on us instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution. This is a serious mechanical and safety issue, not a minor mistake, and the way it was handled afterward was completely unprofessional.<br><br>I would not recommend this company to any trucking business.
