Had an excellent experience from start to finish with A Express Towing and Recovery. My driver was Dennis. Not only was he professional and incredibly proficient at his job, he was kind and friendly and a blast to talk to. What a wonderful character! I won't forget him that's for sure! As he got out and greeted me, Dennis asked if I would like to sit in the tow truck while he got my vehicle loaded up, but I opted to hang around outside and watch him work. He got right to it; carefully getting my prized possession on his truck. Once he got my van loaded we headed for the mechanic shop. He gave us a smooth ride, was a careful and polite driver, and believe it or not, he made this whole experience (which should have been a crappy day cause my van broke down) a five star event. Thanks Dennis you're a legend dude! I would highly recommend A Express Towing and Recovery for all your towing needs. Called in after this driver cut me off on Dundee road, almost causing me to hit the curb from swerving over (I was going the speed limit, he was driving reckless) and no other drivers around us. Called in and the guy who answered acted like he didn’t care at all, I was just bothering him. Wouldn’t trust this company with my vehicle on the back! If they are hiring people driving recklessness, I just wonder the professionalism you’d get when you need them. The real stereotypical tow truck driver. Do better!

A scam on the elderly and vulnerable, unnesesarry storage and tow of a driveable car. There was no phone call, phone number left to the owner of the vehicle, or information exchange to make it harder to locate the car I guess after it was towed and stored, not even a big damage or need to be towed. Wish you guys left your number or anything to the owner, called us like hey we have your car here come pick it up. We could know and pick up much sooner, in a day or two, but the rules are rules so a 50 a day storage cost us 1100 dollars, wasted, and no discount or whatsoever felt rude in this situation for a 77 year old man who's retired to be ripped off like that is unfair you guys, be better and be human I'd say I'm waiting for your response and I understand your point of view but let's be fair, thank you.
