$217 oil change<br><br>That title is misleading. I didn't pay $217 for ONLY an oil change but this is no less misleading/evasive than K Auto.<br><br>I called to set up an oil change at which time I mentioned I may have a water pump issue. I asked for a ballpark price for the OIL CHANGE since I understand they need to look at the water pump before they can even guess. I was told prices vary based on oil costs and a few other things.<br><br>The day of the appointment I walked in to drop off the keys and the person working said thanks and that they'd be in touch. No mention of any costs. I asked more than once, and they finally let me know I would be charged for the oil change and their diagnostic regarding the water pump. They still didn't specify amounts.<br><br>I realize people don't work for free, and I don't expect them to, but not telling me until I ask multiple times both on the phone and in person feels dishonest. It shouldn't be like pulling teeth to get BASIC information. I was really hoping this would work out since it's so close to home.<br><br>P.S.<br>They are on the pricey side. That could be the reason for not sharing costs up front.

Needed a AAA tow for a flat tire. Chose K Auto for convenience. I’ve never had a better experience! The gentlemen there were respectful, honest and held to their word of the timeline for the tire replacement. I would highly recommend this repair shop.
