I have had work done on my '99 ML320. Repair and maintenance at different times. They know what they are doing and I completely trust their work. I had used the local MB dealership exclusively but their customer service has really gone down hill, their hourly repair rate has skyrocketed and they were hesitant on taking on a heater repair. I looked for other MB repair shops in the Sacramento and Stockton area and I haven't found anyone better for working on older Mercedes. If you need troubleshooting done I highly recommend Silver Star Motors.

There's a saying when you go to a mechanic you could only pick two; fast, cheap, or well done.<br>I feel like we hit the trifecta here.<br>After bringing our Mercedes to two other mechanics who couldn't find the issue, we finally got referred here and they had it done in about 24 hours for a very reasonable estimate. They were very understanding of an embarrassing incident that happened upon our departure as well 10/10 will be back again. (Hopefully no time soon, but ya know.)

Brought my 2011 Mercedes E350 diesel in with a power steering fluid leak. Still has the leak. Called back and just got mediocre customer service and no real help. Whats the right number of stars for a job that wasn’t even done correctly?
