I experienced poor communication and unnecessary delays at this location. When I initially brought my car in for an estimate, I was given incomplete and inaccurate information, received no follow-up, and later conflicting information from different staff members.<br><br>Because of this lack of clarity, I had to schedule another appointment a week later, wasting time on what should have been a straightforward process. Clear communication from the start would have prevented all of this.<br><br>Due to this experience, I will not be bringing my car back and have chosen a more reputable company to complete the repairs. Don’t waste your time or energy!

Ross was extremely helpful this afternoon. His technician removed a part that had been damaged when we drove on the highway and suggested which dealers would likely have the part we needed in stock. He also called other Crash Champions to see if they could assist us once we purchased the part from the dealer.
