I experienced poor communication and unnecessary delays at this location. When I initially brought my car in for an estimate, I was given incomplete and inaccurate information, received no follow-up, and later conflicting information from different staff members. Because of this lack of clarity, I had to schedule another appointment a week later, wasting time on what should have been a straightforward process. Clear communication from the start would have prevented all of this. Due to this experience, I will not be bringing my car back and have chosen a more reputable company to complete the repairs. Don’t waste your time or energy!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was referred to Crash Champions Alameda by my insurance company, but I deeply regret going there. They removed both doors to repaint my car, and while the paint job looks okay, they broke my door lock in the process. The lock was perfectly fine before I brought the car in. When I reported the issue, they completely denied responsibility and refused to fix it. It’s very disappointing to deal with a shop that won’t stand behind their work, especially one recommended by insurance. They may fix one thing but cause another problem — and then deny it. I would not recommend this place at all.
