The owner’s conduct was extremely unprofessional and unethical. I was charged $300 for a trip that lasted less than one hour. After I left an honest review about my experience, the owner retaliated by creating multiple fake accounts to leave false negative reviews on my business profile.<br><br>This behavior alone is not someone I would trust with my vehicle or my money. A quick look at the rest of the reviews speaks for itself. The business has also disabled Facebook reviews after receiving significant negative feedback.<br><br>Update: I personally provided Jordan with documentation in person. He stated that the individuals responsible for the fake reviews had been fired, despite previously laughing about the situation. Since then, he has failed to follow up or resolve the issue. At this point, my attorney will be handling the matter.<br><br>Support small businesses that operate ethically and genuinely care about their community.

Highly recommend this company. Jordan came today and picked up a vintage car pretty far away and brought it back to our place. Was nothing but kind and super gentle with our vehicle during the loading and unloading process. Will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family. Thanks again for today.

I wish I could give Jordan more than 5 stars. I called him for a tow that most people were quoting me $900 for. He offered me quite a substantial price difference for the same job. But before taking just taking my money, he offered to take a look at the vehicle. He was able to get me back up and running, savings me hundreds of dollars. Very honest, reliable and trustworthy. Will use in the future and highly recommend to others looking for fair pricing for a tow! Thanks again, Jordan!
