Although I didn't like having to pay for my car to be taken out of storage, Lisa was still very helpful and kind during the whole process. She managed to get me a discount on the actualy fees I owed. Thank you for your help.

Worst towing ever. They charge $364 per hour that's too much . My car was towed from a freeway in Pomona to their storage in Pomona itself I was just 10 mins drive an they charged me 1.67 hour, which is $600 + the car reached the storage at 11.58 pm and they charged me whole day for it , I had to pay $64 for just 2 mins, but the interesting part is they came to the accident place at 11:05 pm and they charged me 1.67hrs then how can my car reach their storage at 11:58 pm, no explanation was given total I had to pay $770 and after that I towed my car from there to my place which is 30 miles away and it took an hour to reach but the new towing guy only took $250 from me. I got a faulty invoice because the dispatch time is 8/26 10:48 pm and en route is 8/26 10:50 pm then arrived at the scene is 8/26 11:07 pm but after that the towing time in 8/26 11:35 am, it suddenly became am and then completed time us 8/26 12:25 am, the date 26 never changes and I got charged and extra $64 for that,Never ever calling this Edwin towing again.

A driver waited for me to go into my apartment that was no more than 10 ft from where I parked and attempted to take my car, I had been away from the car no longer than 3 mins before I got him with my car up and ready to go. this man saw me close my door and backed his truck up to take my car.. he was being very unprofessional when my wife started taking about the policy that he couldn't produce nor recite. also we had the prices from the tow office and he over charged us to drop my car, he took $180 from me to leave my car this is the second time we were over charged for us to get our car. he also said he had no change for us but after he got of the phone with his boss he was able to give us the change we needed.... I understand that where we parked wasn't right but this man watched me and my family unloading, saw me close my door then try to take my car, I wasn’t even done getting all my groceries out
