Thank you to Wilfredo! I showed interest in a vehicle at 4pm on New Years Eve. In less than an hour, Peter from finance and Will from sales contacted me with an approval. I was pleased and appreciated how efficient they both were in helping me. New Years Day, they were closed and January 2nd, I picked up my new car! Wilfredo made the car buying process so seamless and easy, it was almost unreal! When I arrived at the dealership, he helped me set up the myAudi app and then we went to the car. He thoroughly explained all the features the car had and was super knowledgeable when I asked any questions. We then signed paperwork and I was in and out the dealership within an hour! Purchasing a vehicle is probably exceptional there. Hannah the service advisor is very friendly, Shaun the service manager is very kind, Joseph the general manager writes great emails. If you're looking for a solution for a damaged Vehicle, go somewhere else or buy Honda. Great looking location, good coffee and cookies tho.
