Average performance with the New Rochelle Dealership and i am a 24 yr LR owner/ customer. The salesman is either overwhelmed or lacks experience….he was very nice but did not follow thru with email for the remote app information and i have the car a week already. I sat in my car figuring it out and call the 800 number for assist in order for it to work. I texted him twice and nothing. The day i purchased the car had to leave without it because the car needed 4 updates, that apparently took hours? As for the finance officer he did his best to make the purchase happen.

This is my 1st time going to the service department at this Land Rover dealership. The service was quick and fast and anything covered under the warranty was covered. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is the up charge on silly things like changing a battery in a remote. They were looking to charge $20 for changing a battery in a remote.Also the recommended service at 15 K sounded absolutely ridiculous to me $1800 to check my oil, fluids, rotate my tires, possibly change my oil. The service technician who checked me in was very pleasant and nice, but this is not my first time leasing a car and having such astronomical charges for a car you may or may not keep.

Land Rover New Rochelle was a pleasure to work with last week to exit my lease and get into a Defender. They have an EXCELLENT inventory and selection across all models. Unlike some dealerships and car brands their website is up to date and accurate, if a car is listed as available, it’s actually available. No bait and switch. For the paperwork, they use DocuSign to make it easier for both parties. The advisor I worked with, Steve Goldsmith, is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m lucky he picked up my cold-call to the dealership to confirm their inventory. The rest of the team, especially Vito and Christine, made the whole experience extremely easy. I am not easily impressed and it was a seamless transaction. 10 out of 10.
