I had a very disappointing experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts on Kennedy in Kankakee. The lady at the desk was both unhelpful and rude. I asked for assistance, and because it was lightly raining, she complained, “Oh, you’re going to make me go out in the rain?” with an ugly attitude. When she did pop my hood, she said she didn’t even know what the dipstick looked like for the transmission fluid and told me she couldn’t help—without making any effort to ask her coworkers or someone who actually knows about vehicles. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. I left without the help I needed and would not recommend this location. Very useless !

Went in for something I called Deer Horn's and the lady at the counter was really nice and helpful, and she laughed and corrected me, they are now called Deer Alerts. She took me right to them and said she never drives without them on her car. She had the best smile and was so courteous. Their price was also good .
