Truly upsetting. We gave the gentleman the sample and 4 hours to do a 1/4 can of paint so he can do it Right… 4 hours!! We take the paint to the bodyshop, and the painter noticed that no… it is not the same. I have to take the paint back, he sees and admits that the colors are not the same, i ask for either a refund or to fix the paint to match the sample and after 1 more hour, guy comes out gives me the refund and Says to never go back there… Like apparently for this dude it is our fault that he doesn’t know how to mix paint. If you don’t know how to do something, then don’t do it. I see a lot of comments that he is rude… i see they’re right. Anyways he just lost himself that bodyshop as a client, not because of the bad paint mix but due to his unprofessionalism and rudeness.

Owner Jim is the most miserable person you will ever meet, I went inside to purchase 2 mixing cups and he told me he cannot sell just 2. His new minimum purchase is $10. What a joke. Clown.

I tried this place. Hoping that a local shop was better service than a big box store. Unfortunately, grumpy guy. Same cold cold customer service.
