Drove two hours after I had just called prior to me leaving to tell them I was on the way to pick up engine. "Fine ok see you then is what the guy said" I get there and its " nobody is here to go pull it wait a hour" I say ok thats fine leave and go eat. I come back within the hour and hear oh we dont have that engine. So this means days prior you didn't check to see if you had it and also you didn't check this morning as well. Pathetic service

Worst service ever. Drove 3.5 hours to buy a door that they said was black and in great shape. Stressed we were coming because it was black...had already bought a blue door previously but wanted black to avoid painting. Got there and it was gray. After trying to convince us it was black someone finally admitted it was gray. Solution offered to me was let me give you a little discount. No thanks. Called back to speak to a manager and was told well if it were me you were talking to I would have walked out and verified color. All I could do was laugh at that point because of course I asked that before traveling that far. Was told to call back in 15 min to make sure it was black. My guess is they never even looked. Asked options to try to find a black door. I was directed several more hours away. Could not get there by 5. Had already used a half of day of vacation to go there. I would think after such a huge mistake someone would do their best to get me a black door. I was sadly mistaken. Was told they would keep looking and get back with me......been 1 month and not one phone call to say hey sorry about the mishap..this is what I found.
