They were sitting around watching the parking lot just waiting to tow trucks. We park by the Aldi all the time & have never seen any signs that say no tractor/trailer parking. That’s because there are 5 entrances to the entire parking lot & they only have one sign. They claim there are signs everywhere as if you can’t see for yourself. Scammers is what they are. 5 minutes in the store & towed. $700. Bs.

My car broke down in Melrose park tonight and I didn’t know what to do. Called the Police Department and they said we use Area Towing and called for me. They gave me a reasonable price and only took them about 15 minutes to arrive. Jayzer came with his flat bed, was so kind & professional with me, asked what happened and then proceeded to get me out of the cold and into the truck while he hooked my car up. Jayzer is such a nice young man and helped put me at ease with conversation so I wouldn’t worry about my poor car. ( my coolant hose split and coolant exploded all over the engine causing a ton of smoke) I enjoyed the ride & our conversation and am so thankful Jayzer was on duty and arrived so quickly. After arriving home, before he took my car off the tow bed he showed me where the hooks were under my car and the bar in back he hooked. I appreciated him sharing this knowledge with me, the more you know, right? Jayzer is a KEEPER!! You can clearly tell he loves his job and helping people. God bless you Jayzer ~Donna Napolitano
