Charged my 16 year-old son a fee of $25 to have him go on the lot with his father to see a vehicle, they told him he can waive the fee by filling out an application but after filling out paperwork they charged the account with a fee. They said we will charge you $10 for two vests and you’re ready to go, but that wasn’t the case.<br><br>Overall, Copart fees are crazy. They try to make money off of everything. Their customer service is bad.<br>On a 3,600 bid they charged $1500 in fees. Also, if they feel that the car has been bid too low, they don’t let it go, but put it back on auction.

Years to look at any vehicles. Every time I come here there is some excuse why it's slow.. today there was a sign that said closed be back in 30min... Done coming to this location
