DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!<br><br>I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and to issue a strong warning regarding the services provided by Jeremy Todd. On September 22nd 2025, I brought my vehicle in for an overall inspection, scheduled with an appointment. Despite being told the inspection would take approximately 45 minutes, the service took over an hour and a half.<br><br>More alarmingly, several hours after leaving the service center, the lug nuts on my wheels came loose, nearly causing a severe accident. I was forced to have my vehicle towed. Upon contacting Meineke to report the incident, I received no apology or concern; the representative, Jeremy Todd, was dismissive and unhelpful.<br><br>This negligence and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. The faulty service could have had fatal consequences. for your safety please do not bring your car here.<br><br>Please see the attached images documenting the condition of my vehicle after it became necessary to pull over due to instability. Upon inspection at the scene, the tow truck operator noted significant damage to the wheel assembly, suggesting the issue was not the result of a single incident. A subsequent inspection by a second mechanic corroborated this assessment, indicating the damage was likely caused by external factors. I believe this evidence supports my claim of external responsibility for the damages incurred.

The staff was friendly and Jeremy specifically was always up front with us on any price changes ahead of time. He had a good attitude and was very helpful when we couldn't fulfill the first appointment we made.

The manager (Jeremy) was very friendly and he knows the business well. He treated me with respect and high regards. He assured me that a qualified technician would perform the job. The service was done promptly and accurately. The shop went the extra mile to check and adjust fluid levels and tire pressures if necessary and performed an overall inspection free of charge. I would recommend this shop as a trusted service provider.
