They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They communicated regularly throughout the entire repair process. And for someone who knows next to nothing about cars, they didn’t make me feel like an idiot, which isn’t always the case! They also were able to complete my not insignificant repair in just a day, along with other regular maintenance, although they did have a rental at the ready if that wasn’t the case. On Tuesday, they called with the results, ordered the parts, and my car was ready for pickup by Wednesday—super fast turnaround! Chase worked wonders.
