So I called here today at around 3:20? Something was scraping under my car and I needed it to get checked out and they said they were busy but I could drop off my car and it would be like 150 for diagnostics and as their shop minimum. Cool. Important note here I don’t know anything about cars so whatever he said the price was going to be is what it was going to be. Hour later I get a text with a picture of a price of metal on it and referencing back to my absolute lack of car knowledge he says hey easy fix $50 and I finished already. What a stud, he could’ve told me it was the most important part of the car and I wouldn’t have know but they didn’t and they beat their quote price? 5 stars dude

I’ve lived here in BP for 5 years and have been burned twice by “reputable” auto shops. I don’t expect it to be free but I want it to be honest. I stopped using the last two shops because I caught them each in a lie about what my vehicle needed.<br>I recently went to BPAuto Service based on the recommendation of a neighbor and I was very impressed. They were upfront about the costs and to my surprise they were able to clean up and reinstall my current part saving me hundreds of dollars. It’s now a month later and everything is working fine. I think I may have found my new shop! Thank you, Noah!
