I was introduced to Burda’s after being in the worst car accident of my life which totaled 3 cars, and I would rather go through it again before coming within 100 ft of this company. Although they require proof of insurance (in person) to release the car to insurance for claim they purposely failed to mention a legal dispute between my insurance company and burdas. After arranging for pick up I was notified days later no one from this insurance co. is allowed on the premises which all 5 employees I spoke to were completely aware of, which begs the question…why didn’t you mention this when I presented my proof of insurance day 1. Burdas then informs me I have to pay out of pocket and work with insurance for compensation. Fine, then they tell me if paying by credit card you have to pay in person, fine (never had to do this in my life but fine). Then they tell me they won’t allow the insurance companies private 3rd party for towing to the claims office onto burdas premises, and I have to arrange my own towing. Slowly they release info until my week of storage racks up to $1900 out of pocket. Since the county gave them the contract for towing and I have zero choice in tow companies, burdas should not hold me and my claim payment hostage for previous transactions between burdas and my insurance company. Complete racketeering outfit. Make sure you ask them day 1 if they have any legal disputes with your carrier. I pray my insurance carrier is looking for a material witness for the upcoming court proceedings. I gave 1 star only because it is required to post.

My tow truck driver Steve was super friendly and very professional. He came picked me and my car up, took me to my house, and did a great job while doing it. I would recommend Bruda’s tow company and Steve to anyone of my friends and family that would need those service. I would definitely use Burda’s Towing again!
