Freedom isn't free

Our truck lost its water pump about a mile from the Eatonville alder lake cut-off road on highway 7. Our insurance company couldn't find a tow truck company to come and get us with our truck camper on the truck. Most wouldn't tow it with the camper. Others couldn't make it until the next day. A friend told us to call Auburn Valley Towing. Sébastien picked up on the third ring. Took some info. And said he would be there in 2 hrs. Now remember, an f350 crew cab and a 10' truck camper is pushing 12,000 lbs. He showed up in less than 2 hrs with a class 5 tow truck. Thank god for common sense on that. Was very professional. Drop my driveline to prevent damage to the transmission. It was cheaper than replacing it, IF it got damaged. The ride home with him was a pleasure. He pulled over a couple miles in to do a check on his tow, made me very comfortable that my hard earned money was in good hands. Made it home in a very safe and timely manner. Auburn Valley Towing is now in my contacts. If I ever need a tow, I will be more than happy to pay the little bit of extra for the service and professionalism. You will not be disappointed. Great service! Steve and Sebastian were outstanding. Professional in every way. Can't say enough good things about their service. They were extra careful loading and unloading my vehicle and made sure I was well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!
