The truck driver himself was excellent and professional. He was friendly, handled the vehicle carefully, and did his job well. My concern is not with the driver, but with how the company handled the billing.<br><br>I was quoted $195 for the service after providing both the pickup and drop-off locations, which I considered a fair price. They also asked for my credit card number in advance for a possible $45 cancellation fee, which I understood and found reasonable. During the call, I was told that both credit card and debit card payments would be accepted.<br><br>However, after the service was completed, I was told the total would be $295 — without any clear explanation. When I called to ask about the difference, I was told those were “additional service fees.” I then asked to pay by credit card, and only at that point was I informed there would be an additional $35 or $45 charge for using a credit card.<br><br>These extra charges were never clearly explained upfront. I have used other towing companies before and have never experienced this kind of pricing structure. Transparent pricing is important, especially in stressful situations like vehicle breakdowns.<br><br>Again, the driver did a great job. My concern is strictly about the company’s lack of clear and upfront communication regarding fees. If we use their logic on charging, they can charge you whatever they want and leave you with: oh that’s the service fee~

James the driver did absolutely amazing job on fourth of July after I got stuck on the freeway with my Tesla model S 2012 who is no charge he took me to 2 different charging station. Did Above & Beyond gave me a great service? How do you recommended?

ordered a tow truck yesterday at 8:00 PM and was told the ETA would be about one hour.<br>Instead, I waited over 2.5 hours, standing next to my car the entire time.<br><br>During those 2.5 hours, the company stopped responding and then started lying. Three different agents — Cooper, Carlos, and another representative — gave false and contradictory information. They claimed that another tow truck driver had already arrived and that another towing company had taken my car.<br><br>That was completely false. I was physically next to my vehicle the whole time, and no driver ever came.<br><br>In the end, because of their lies and total lack of professionalism, I was forced to leave my car on the highway overnight. This situation could have been dangerous and is absolutely unacceptable.<br><br>This is by far the worst towing company in the area. Zero accountability, zero honesty, and zero respect for customers’ time. Avoid this company at all costs.
