Wow! These guys were awesome I sent a msg inquiring about their service I got a text back almost immediately with a link to set up a time if I wanted. I set up a time for the next day. They called back saying if I wanted they could come the same day. The dispatcher was nice and polite they showed up in less than an hour took my old furniture out quickly and the guys they sent were the greatest would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again if I need something taken away!

Initially, I set up an appointment online to have some items picked up. I had set the pick up date for the next day, as there were no more time slots for that day. Ethan called me back a short time later and let me know that he was able to pick up within the hour, if it worked for me.<br><br>Around 45 minutes later Ethan and Tyler arrived, looked over my items, quoted me a competitive price, and a short time later they were finished and my garage was clear again.<br><br>I highly recommend using Allegiance Junk Removal. Ethan and Tyler were professional, personable, and the pricing was good. I always try to support local businesses, rather than chain companies, when I can and I will use them again in the future without hesitation.

I contacted this company to have a 10x10 hot tub removed and was quoted $450–$550 via text, which was within my budget. We scheduled a time, and although the team arrived about 30 minutes late, they did notify me in advance, which I appreciated.<br><br>However, upon arrival, they asked if I had received a quote. I read them the message I had received, and was then told the price would actually be $650—significantly higher than the original estimate. Unfortunately, no explanation was given for the price increase. I would have appreciated clearer communication up front, particularly a note that the quote was subject to change based on specific factors. As a single woman, the experience left me feeling uneasy and taken advantage of.<br><br>The team did successfully remove the hot tub, but they left behind quite a bit insulation debris, which I spent about an hour cleaning up on my own.<br><br>While the job was ultimately completed, the lack of transparency around pricing and cleanup fell short of my expectations.
