What started out to be a very stressful situation, turned out to be a great experience. The operator's name was Lewis, he pulled up next to my car which was disabled and partially in a traffic lane. He immediately started the process of towing my car. His knowledge of his job was beyond my expectations. As we all know in Vegas, you get a lot of inexperienced people who struggle with that they do. He was professional, experienced and kind. He kept in contact with me the whole time. He called me to tell me his ETA, then when he delivered my car to the repair shop, he sent me a text to tell me my car arrived and sent a picture of the car in front of the shop. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received, and would not hesitate to use him again if the need ever arises.
