I arranged to pick up a uhaul in DC and return it to this location the next day. My reservation was for 24 hours and I returned it 2 hours before my reservation expired. I then receive an email showing that I dropped the uhaul off 15 minutes after my 24 hour period and was charged for a full extra day. Thankfully uhaul refunded the extra day but I would be careful returning a uhaul to this place.

0 Stars! Free State Towing left their broken equipment on the road after they towed a stuck vehicle the evening before. Which I can understand, it was dark & cold. I called the next day to notify them that their negligence caused me a flat tire. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me it wasn't their equipment. Yea sure, lots of towing equipment just laying on the road. Thanks Free State Towing.

Fluffle Puffle

A welcome sight when your ride's radiator detonates on the side of a mountain on the hottest day of the year nowhere near civilization. Driver was nice and truck had extended cab and was air conditioned. Tow truck came pretty close to overheating too due to the terrain but thankfully held on our trip back home. Over an hour to where we were, then an hour to where we needed the car dropped, they earned their pay that day.
