Anthony is an Angel sent from the heavens. On Saturday, November 15, 2025, I was traveling alone from Tennessee to Kansas City, Kansas on a beautiful day. I rounded a curve on the highway with several other cars. I hit a pothole that was steep, sharp and large. I had an instant flat tire, along with others that hit the same pothole. Triple AAA was contacted, and Anthony showed up. He was a human being that was kind, caring and understood I was scared. He had been speaking with my husband in Tennessee every step of the way. He made sure that I was safe, got to the Walmart in Oak Grove where he went in and spoke to the automotive staff and assured me that everything would be alright. He is a trustworthy, honest, and caring. We need a world full of Anthony’s. I will never forget him or my experience. Thank you Anthony! We will always remember your amazing service and support!

I was stuck in a difficult position in Cadiz and I thought it would be impossible without damage to my truck or right rear tire. So I called Riddles. Very friendly and helpful operators. They sent links to my phone and I easily paid by credit card. They are very busy so I did not mind the wait which was not too long. A knowledgeable man named Steve out. I expressed my concern about the possible damage and he told me not to worry. He explained how the truck would behave when he started to winch it out and nothing would be damaged. He certainly understands the physics of towing, because it went exactly as he said it would and I was back on the road! I am very pleased with this company and their employees.

We had a great experience with Anthony during a very stressful breakdown on our way moving back home from Missouri to Tennessee. Our car’s alternator went out on a busy interstate, and from the first call, he was reassuring and arrived quickly. Since we weren’t familiar with the area, he helped us figure out where to go, safely towed our car to a nearby gas station, and stayed with us while we coordinated getting everything with the car situated. He was kind, patient, and upbeat the entire time, turning a difficult situation into something manageable. We’re very grateful for Anthony’s help and professionalism—he truly went above and beyond.
