When I set up the U-Haul pickup I made sure that there was going to be someone in the office and that there was an office. He went ahead and did it the automated way where you have to do it over the app and get the code on the back of the truck to get the key even though I specifically requested that he be there. It was at 10:30 and it was not a hard request to be told that you would be there and then tell me I have to do the the no contact option that I made sure I set up not to is just lazy. It took an additional hour and a half to get someone to download the app and fill out all the requirements in order to get something that I set up to be able to get in person

Our vehicle broke down while on the interstate during rain and flooding. Austin was a lifesaver and came and towed our vehicle so it could be fixed. He was professional, and the price was what was quoted before pickup. Austin even dropped us off at our hotel! Fantastic experience under not so fantastic circumstances.
