Waited several hours for service even with previously scheduled appointment. Owner very accommodating, informative, and talkative. Short staffed that day but more waiting around for parts than the time it took for the actual labor.

Yesterday was a hard day, I lost my brake pad while driving and I called Brake Check and spoke with John. He was very helpful and was able to take my car even though they would have to keep it overnight to have the work done today.<br><br>John was very honest about the price and what services I would need for my car. Within hours of opening I received a phone call that my car was ready, they also quoted me all the services I would need in the future. I will definitely be taking my car back to them.

I had a great experience at Brake Check. Brake pads replaced at a fair price and done quickly. I was in the waiting room for a couple of hours and had a chance to observe them with other customers. I witnessed great customer service with integrity. Most places seem to try to squeeze as much money out of their customers as they can. This staff seems focused on making sure they are meeting the needs of the customer and not just trying to over sell. This was my first trip here, but it certainly won't be my last.
