I had an extremely bad experience with Anthony Towing in Las Vegas. A rental car I was driving needed to be towed back to the rental company. The rental company contacted Anthony Towing at 1:00 PM, but by 5:00 PM no one had shown up.<br><br>During that entire time, every time I called Anthony Towing, I was told “they’re on the way.” This was repeated multiple times with no update and no actual tow truck arriving.<br><br>After waiting four hours, I had no choice but to pay out of pocket for a different tow company just to resolve the situation. This was a complete waste of time and money and caused unnecessary stress.<br><br>Very unreliable service, poor communication, and misleading responses. I would not recommend Anthony Towing to anyone who needs timely or dependable service.

I request towing through my roadside assistant and they provide this towing service. Very unprofessional they charged me over $300 for my vehicle they never told me they were going to charge extra until I got my drop off location. I really dont recommend them. They are unprofessional horrible customer service. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Anthonys towing is amazing, driver kept me at ease and answered all my questions, they do send you text messages from automatically, but they send it to you as soon as they get the call to let you know approximately when they going to arrive , I mistaked it when they were there . Sorry , but this company is GREAT THANK YOU BMW
