If you are in search of a top notch, easy to deal with family owned golf cart dealer and repair company, look no further than C & C Golf Cards in Bel Air, MD. Here's our first experience. My husband and I were checking out the golf carts displayed at their booth at our local RV show recently. One of the reps, Chuck, spoke to us at length about a cart we were interested in. He was very informative, as we are first time buyers. Not once did we feel pressured to purchase. However, we put our deposit down on the golf cart at the show and then a week later, went to their shop to complete the deal. At that time, Chuck went over more of the cart with us as to it's care, etc. and we felt very comfortable and excited to leave with our 'new to us' golf cart knowing that Chuck and C & C Golf Carts were there for us and any questions or needs we may have in the future.

Two Thumbs Up! Three Michelin Stars! Unanimous Entry into the Baseball Hall of Fame C&C is a family operation where the family members combine to be the golf cart version of Captain Planet: Knowledgeable, transparent, helpful, honest, and genuine. Not only did my golf cart, The Family Truckster, get a new lithium battery installed, but Junior cleaned the battery compartment up like Michael Caine did Sandra Bullock in Miss Congeniality, except if his canvas was Clint Howard instead of Sandra Bullock in a pants suit and ‘Day 3 at Burning Man’ hair. And not only that! Over the course of three phone calls and one in-person visit he gave me the equivalent of a golf cart TED Talk. It was so thorough but understandable, I stopped listening and began thinking I should quit my job and apply to work for C&C. My only relevant resume line item: 30 combined minutes listening to Jr talk. [Day dreaming] “HIRE THIS MAN!” He even gave my kids a tour of the shop, which they didn’t appreciate but I did. This review might be setting the bar too high. But operations like C&C just roll this way. Friendly excellence is SOP. You might think I’m laying it on thicc. I’m just happy the process went so well. And Thee Truckster is like a 46 year old in one of those early 00’s exercise DVD infomercials. It’s in the best shape of its life, speeding around with its shirt off showing off its Beach Body. While I hope Thee Truckster doesn’t need any work for years, if it’s gotta happen, I want it to happen at C&C! Thanks, guys!
