I work out of my car. A flat tire can ruin my day. Leroy picked me up and towed me to get my rim fixed. It was destroyed by a pot hole. I was back on the road within an hour. I am shocked by the entire experience! Pleasantly! Leroy restored my faith in humanity

My experience with Henry's Wrecker Service was a very positive one. Despite the fact that I waited for a few, I understood because of the inclement weather which normally means more folks requiring assistance. What I truly appreciated was the fact that they kept in touch with me the entire time to update me of arrival time, etc. I was also impressed with Carl, the individual that pickled up my vehicle. While trying to load my car onto the bed of his truck, there were a few impatient and inconsiderate persons. He handled the situation calmly and efficiently. Carl was polite, very helpful, kind and respectful. I am grateful that I had an awesome experience considering how bad my morning started. It really made a difference. Great job guys!!!!!

From the call center to the moment the manager and Travis arrived, they treated my situation with urgency, care and professionalism. Henry’s Tow Service went above and beyond coming directly to my home, handling my car with great attention trying to get the car out of the garage to making sure the car was delivered safely to the dealership.
