Had a really good experience in here today. Walked in for a big part right before closing time (don’t do this)and the guys got to work closing the deal and getting me out the door with my parts. We installed this in the dark 15 degree parking lot. You guys are real for that. Be easy my dudes

Great Purchase, Poor Installation and Follow-Up.<br><br>I had a mixed experience with Rack Attack regarding my purchase of an RSI Smart Cap. The purchasing process was smooth, and the team helped me get a great price and made ordering easy.<br><br>However, the installation was problematic. They weren’t able to complete the wiring during the first install attempt, so I had to handle that myself. Additionally, when I picked up my truck on the second day, after I was told it would take one day only, I noticed damage to the seal and a poor attempt to fix it with what looked like a glue of some sort. Despite my concerns, I was assured by the employees and manager that it would be fine. Unfortunately, it leaked on my trip two weeks later.<br><br>I contacted them, and although the general manager Jay promised a follow-up, I never heard back from them for four months. I had to reach out again to get an appointment to fix the issue.<br><br>Overall, while the initial purchase was great, the installation and the lack of communication afterward were disappointing.

They say they don’t make ‘em like they used to, but when it comes to expert, generous and friendly customer service and product support, they NEVER made em like they do at Rack Attack DC. When a hinge broke on a cargo box I purchased elsewhere, I consulted Jay at Rack Attack. He offered to order the part for me but suggested I could get it for free myself from the manufacturer under warranty. When I brought it in for Rack Attack to install, Jay repaired my cargo box like new and declined to charge me because it “only” took him 15 minutes!? Where else do you find that quality service these days?? And their extensive showroom is truly impressive! Five stars from me for Jay and Rack Attack.
