Called around midnight and was told that it would be about 100 minutes top be picked up. After 2 hours I called top check, and the operator told she she would contact the driver abs call me back. I called back 20 minutes later, only to be connected to the driver who said he was 50 minutes out. I wasted another hour waiting, only to not receive help and the line was not answered.<br><br>Terrible experience. The operator sounded either asleep, or on heavy sedatives. The driver was rude and short on the phone.<br>I highly recommend staying away from this company.

Sitting here waiting told me 20 minutes call back ask me to pay up front. Told me 20 mins still waiting been over an 1 1/2. Not good.<br>Update this company made us pay up front never came and lied and said they will give a refund. They will have your life in danger waiting on a tow truck. Only thing they will tow is your credit card. They really get no stars. The get a big X.

Waiting 5 hours with my 84 year old father for a tow. I was continually told the driver will be there soon and they will have him call me. It never happened. Now they finally stopped answering the phone. Reporting them to the LPCS. Horribly run business by people that don’t care.
