This is the most disrespectful, dishonest, pathetic towing service I've ever encountered. I have the title to my car. They have it. I'm trying to go pick it up and they will not let me pick it up until Monday morning. This has never happened to me in fifty years of impounded vehicles . Carroll Leblanc should be ashamed and embarrassed . If she knew the way, Mike and the other guy were acting she'd change the policy . But hey . I'll just spread the word that this is the The most dishonest towing service in Louisiana. Why am I gonna do that because that's what I really truly feel and believe based on my experience. They want to keep it untl Monday so they can charge more . Little do they know . I'd let them tack on the weekend fees right now and pay it in full just to get the vehicle back tonight. I'm not worried about the money I want MY car back . Do not ever use this business

Unlike most Americans who spent their Memorial Day relaxing and spending time with their families, enjoying the Freedom won by our Nation's fallen Heroes, I was returning to the New Orleans area after performing Mosquito Abatement to the flood plagued citizens of Liberty County Texas. (Beaumont, TX)<br><br>As I was traveling on I10, near Henderson, LA I noticed that the trailer's fender was bouncing unnaturally, and pulled off of the roadway at a fuel station. I thought that I had a flat tire, but realized that the one of the dual axel springs had broken.<br><br>Because it was Memorial Day, no parts stores were open, and decided to have the trailer towed to our Scott, LA District office. I made several calls to wrecker sites which went straight to voice mail before receiving an answer from Ms. Connie at Carrolls Towing. After answering some questions a truck was dispatched to my location, loaded onto the recovery vehicle and delivered to the shop, professionally, by a most competent operator, Sam for a most reasonable price.<br><br>I was truly saved by these wonderful people and most heartily recommend their service to anyone who is in need of recovery services.<br><br>Thank you, again, for rescuing me in my time of need.
