I scheduled a mobile repair for my 2009 Acura TL after changing my starter. I figured it was a relay or switch. Mechanic finally arrived 2 hours late and tried to get the motor to turn for about 30 minutes to no avail . I was at work but watched from my ring camera as he told my wife the motor had locked up and charged us $150 for coming out. Today I got a real mechanic to check the vehicle and he got it started in 10 minutes. I would not recommend calling for anything extensive or complicated because you’re only gonna get 30 minutes.

I don’t even know where to start, I was told that a mechanic was going to be on the way at 1:30pm and then I called and they put another 2 hours to the wait then no one came until 5:30pm just to do what I was doing and the communication was poor and he tells me that he didn’t get any call at all for one and two he only work on bmw preferably so it was no help at all was on the phone making calls the same way I was making calls that solved nothing and still had to come out of pocket and he only was there no more then 30 minutes. Between the wait and telling me what I already discovered was a waste of time. My problem didn’t get fixed and I literally paid for nothing lesson learned go with your first instinct or be stranded.
