Excellent customer service, pre and after sale. They admit they suck. Ordered a bumper cover, they tried to fit the entire bumper in a smaller box. When I opened it, it was bent, both ends. I ordered again and asked them not to try to fit something that doesn't fit in the box, waited another week. Guess what? Again!! wasted 2 full weeks, but got my money back

MOTHA EFF'N great place to buy auto body parts in Las Vegas for sure ! The hospitality that i had received during the ordering phase, as well as the purchasing phase of the deal was on point ! The price was indeed discount, and I've got nothing negative to say at all about the whole experience, im going back forever....and ever....and ever....and ever !<br>Thx !

Terrible experience. Ordered multiple parts for my car and upon receiving them disccovered that half the parts were wrong! Let alone I had already had to call them to figure out why one of the delielveries packing slip said it contained a part that was not in the box! They asked me, "Oh are you sure you didn't just not see it in the box?" Its a cooling fan assembly, of course I didnt just miss it! Now, after being on hold for way too long, the new, and CORRECT parts are on the way, but they charged me a butt load on shipping to send me the parts that they screwed up in the first place! Customer assistance constantly accused me of ordering the wrong parts and were hardly helpful. Oh and to top it all off, the brand new hood they sent me came dented! And guess how helpful they were with that! I will NEVER do business with discount body parts ever again, and I would advise others to do the same.
