They helped us fix a coolant leak during a storm, which we really appreciated. The price was higher, but reasonable for the winter season. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they’re always very busy. Even when calling to make a payment, you’re often rushed because they need to take other calls, so you have to explain everything very quickly.

My coolant started leaking on my semi truck about 50 miles from this shop. I called them and was told they could send road service, but with a minimum 2-hour charge and full prepayment. I paid around $600, only for the tech to arrive and confirm that my radiator was leaking and that towing was required.<br><br>I then asked about the towing price and was told $340 per hour. In my head, that sounded like maybe one hour to reach me and one hour to tow 50 miles — reasonable enough.<br><br>They towed my truck, and I went to a hotel to wait. What followed was days of pure frustration. I called repeatedly trying to get a clear answer on when my truck would be repaired, and nobody could give me a straight answer.<br><br>Long story short, the radiator was replaced after 6 days, and the total bill for the radiator replacement plus a 50-mile tow came out to $7,071 — with about 70% of the bill being towing charges. Absolutely unbelievable.<br><br>Be very careful and do not fall for the “$340 per hour” towing explanation without getting everything in writing. The only positive part of this experience were the mechanics, who were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing.
