I rented a Uhaul from Houma (great place and personal), Louisiana headed home in Texas. I was Stonewall,La and the tire experienced rapid departure from wheel! Used Uhaul app (hard to do with a Pixel 9 pro(or at least my phone)) had slight issue with uploading but Uhaul sent J&J Roadside Assistance"s info and said he would be there in an hour. So I called the number and was greeted professionally and we established contact which gives a great piece of mind! HE SHOWED UP IN 15 MINUTES!! HE ALSO FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 5 MINUTES. And it took him that long because he had to take pic for proof to give to Uhaul. He was definitely a hero on my book!! Be blessed and thanks for the help!
