Stay very far away. AWFUL service all around. Said they would get my truck, sent a tracker link and text they would arrive within the next 2 hours. Promptly cancelled when they were supposed to arrive, which mind you was planned for over a day. Called to ask why and all they said was "they aren't able to make it out at all" and had terrible customer service. I will never use them again. Awful way to run a business. I called Finley and they had it picked up within 30 minute... so easy way to put it, do not trust or use them.

Towing service was set up through my insurance. I received an estimated time frame for arrival via text. Jason and Zack called to verify location and gave me an eta, which was spot on for the minimum time given for arrival, which was a pleasant surprise! Both men were courteous and professional, and loaded my vehicle with care. It was in good hands!

I had owned my vehicle for 6 days when it broke down on me. Dylan showed up within an hour to have my vehicle towed back to the car lot! He was very professional. Phoned when he arrived to my home and then send pictures of my vehicle once he arrived back at the dealership. He was also very intentive by letting me now the vehicle was leaking, an issue I didn't know. I very much appreciate Dyan and his kindness!
